PRODUCT UPDATE (VERSION 8) — WHAT’S NEW?

Summary

  • For messaging and collaborative tools: you can upload and send files from your computer or document center.
  • SMS campaigns: new right in the profile (identical to voice campaigns), inclusion of SMS campaigns in the Banner (“Campaign” tab).
  • It is now possible to associate SMS campaigns with CRM cards.
  • For the Salesforce connector: new available data for calls (queue name, unanswered calls).

Maker

  • For voice campaigns, new ways for phone number presentation to your customers:
    • unique: the same number for all targets and all attempts.
    • multi roundrobin: a number for targets that depends on load sharing.
    • multi cascade: a number for attempts that depends on load sharing.
    • multi-conditional: a number for targets that depends on conditions.
  • New public API routes:
    • start and stop recordings
    • responses to interaction surveys, retrieving a survey.
    • manage voice and SMS campaigns in the profile: retrieve, add, delete.
    • Click to email (same as click to call). Also available in interframe API.
    • retrieving data in explorations.
    • Search for landline telephone numbers in invoices.

Reporter

  • A scheduled report can be sent to a deposit connector.
  • Billing data has been removed from Maker and is now available in Reporter as data sources (with access rights granted in the role).
  • New data source: records.
  • New data source: evaluations.

Additional changes

UX

  • SSO connectors now display a pop-up on login. This change overcomes the issue of some SSO providers blocking iframe opening.
  • New column and filter for emails: forwarded (if forwarded by queue).
  • New email transfer types: to an external email address or to an external address in the INO cx directory.
  • Email: possibility to select the mailbox used for replying and forwarding. A mailbox must also be linked to the queue in order to reply to an email.
  • Invoices: new “landline telephone ” field. It is also available for Smart Routing actions linked to invoices (pay and search).
  • New look for the microphone mute button (Smart and Direct calls).
  • For incoming calls: if the caller is anonymous, it is labelled as such (banner and statistics).
  • No more “none” entry in required customized lists in a qualification questionnaire.

Maker

  • Scripts questions are now longer: up to 3,000 characters, versus 255 before.
  • For messaging Smart Routings: the “Message awaiting reply” action can now include up to 10 replies.
  • The “Targets” tab of the Banner now displays every single waiting target, regardless of their date.
  • Smart Routing “Pay/Search an invoice” action: you can now search by landline or mobile phone number, then sort by oldest or most recent.
  • New Smart routing magic input to get the last survey of an interaction: interaction.lastSurvey 
  • It is now possible in Smart routings to search for a value in a customized list with a magic input.
  • Public holidays for Peru and Argentina have been added to calendars.
  • New webhook event: target modified.
  • For the 3 webhooks which notify a status, activity or flow change, the date has been added to the webhook data.
  • Standardisation of tokens’ display for CRM connectors, WhatsApp numbers, and Telegram bots. These tokens are now hidden in the Maker, unless the user has the right to modify the entity.
    • In the same way, headers/body/responses columns in a Web Service are now hidden as well unless the user has the right to modify the entity.

Reporter

  • For email and SMS data sources: new column “Email/SMS template”.
  • For incoming emails data sources: the useless “sender type” column has been removed.
  • The search bar is now available on the data sources page.
