Summary
Omnichannel
- New “Outgoing” channel tab for the “Advisors” part of the Supervision, with updated “Perfomances” column.

- API interframes communication: a system for sending events to the mother pop-up from the Banner, complete with documentation.

- Chrome extension: with several features such as automatic connection, click to call, Banner opening in pop-up mode, and phone number detection.


CRM
- New CRM integrations available: Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM. They work pretty similarly to the Salesforce one, with a customer identifier and a secret key.

But, what are the features?
- With the customized buttons, the CRM card will be automatically opened in the Banner.
- Whenever you edit a CRM card in the Banner, the changes you make are then uploaded in Zoho.
- If you have multiple Zoho accounts, you can use the same secret key for Zoho Desk.
- You can select your Zoho object (the “entry point” for Zoho): contacts or accounts.
Supervision
- You can now deactivate the Supervision module from your client account settings (in the Maker).

Security
It is no longer possible to assign a deactivated user for:
- Cases.
- flash messages (Supervision).
- the “Distribution to user” Smart routing action.
It is also impossible to include or interact with them in conversations (pair and group).
And some bug fixes.
