Overview
Before you can send and receive emails, you will need to set up domains in INO, which you can then use. This article will show you all the steps you need to follow to send and receive emails in INO.
Configuring: sending emails
This whole process can only be done with a ticket sent to INO’s After Sales Service, which will then forward the request and come back to you to give you the next step.
Configuring: receiving emails
If you want to receive emails in INO and process them with the Banner, you will first need to add the email domain in the Maker, via a tab found in your general settings. To access it, just click on your user capsule.

You will then have the list of domains already added, and you will only need to click on the “Create” button.

Please be careful: it can be very easy to get an email domain banned for fraudulent use.
Once the domain is created, you will get an alias that you can then use with your email server to perform the redirection. It’s the same way as adding a single email address.
Once your domain is added and validated, you can use it to add your email addresses.
