INO CX has three main components, which we will review and explain here.

The Reporter is the 3rd INO application, and is dedicated to statistics: call distribution, agent activities, etc.

Data sources are the first module of the Reporter, and allow you to begin analyzing your available data, as well as to create Explorations, KPIs, Planned Reports, etc. We will see here what are the features of the data sources and how to create new ones.

A KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is used to measure performance: number of calls, average duration, quality of service, etc. They are created in the Reporter's Explorations, and can then be used in dashboards or exported.

In an exploration, the calculated data is used to create a KPI that is not available with the proposed models, or to refine an existing KPI. In this article, we'll look at how to create and use them.
