[Reading time: 3 minutes]

Overview

The Client account settings in the Maker allow you to manage global parameters for the client account.

Access is via the User capsule in the Maker by clicking on Client account settings.

The settings are organized into several tabs:

  1. Account settings
  2. Data retention
  3. SMS settings
  4. SSO connectors
  5. Deletion history
  6. Limits
  7. Security
    • Domain names
    • Email address domains
    • Allowed user domain names
  8. Webhooks
    • Settings
    • History
    • Documentation
    • Webhook rights

1. Account Settings

In this tab, administrators can manage:

  • Country and language: Default language and country for the account. These can also be set in My Account, which overrides client account settings.
  • Playlist: Select a pre-configured playlist from the Playlists tab in the Maker to play during a call distribution to user before the user answers. If a playlist is configured in the queue or smart routing, it overrides the one specified in the client account.
  • Time zone: Can also be configured in My Account and will override the client account setting if different.
  • Logo: Appears in the Maker and Banner. If removed, the default INO cx logo is displayed. Logo requirements:
    • Size: < 2MB
    • Formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif
    • File name may only contain letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters ‘_.\-():
  • Password expiration: Yes/No. Enable and set the number of days before users must change their password.
  • Supervision: Option to enable or disable supervision for all users. They need to have the necessary rights in their active profile too.
  • Head of line (default number): Number displayed during outgoing calls. Used for advisors without a specified head of line. If none is configured anywhere, calls are anonymous. Head of line set in a queue overrides this default.
  • Original number presentation: Yes/No to show the original caller number during transfers. If No, the head of line number is displayed.
  • National trunk: Allows calls to be routed outside INO infrastructure. Region code (+33, +44, etc.) is configurable.

2. Data Retention

Set retention periods for:

  • Recordings
  • Voice mailbox
  • Personal voicemail
  • IVR recorder

Retention can be unlimited or by days (1–365).

Note: recordings sent to a repository connector are not deleted from the repository connector, even if an expiration is configured here, as they are stored outside INO cx.

3. SMS Settings
