What are we talking about?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Note: all three are set up in the Maker.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Activity<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The <i class=\"mdi mdi-pulse mdi-default\" style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;<\/i> is linked to <strong>the contact center<\/strong> as well as to the channels&#8217; activation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1377 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022-07-21_16-36-06-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"474\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Note: if there is a conflict between the activity and the profile (example: voice+mail channel in the activity, mail only in the profile), the <strong>profile<\/strong> rights will be applied.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Status<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The <i class=\"mdi mdi-format-list-bulleted mdi-default\" style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;<\/i>status is used <strong>internally<\/strong>, with your colleagues: it allows you to inform them that you are available, busy, in training, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1378\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2022-07-21-a\u0300-16.40.58.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"870\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Profile<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The profile refers to the skills and interactions.
