It\u2019s the most used feature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maker<\/strong>: the back-office, where you can create and set up smart routings, users, calendars, etc. Access to each module can be administered according to the needs of the agents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporter<\/strong>: data and statistics to monitor and consolidate your business in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Banner<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The agent&#8217;s and supervisor&#8217;s pop-up.<\/p>\n<p>Here, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make or receive internal and external calls.<\/li>\n<li>Chat with other agents.<\/li>\n<li>Use the available resources to ease the resolution of callers&#8217; problems.<\/li>\n<li>Have a 360\u00b0 view of your activities.<\/li>\n<li>Overview and manage your agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1331\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2022-07-21_11-34-48-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"339\"><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Maker<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The laboratory for every INO service. It is structured as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Users: create users and assign them profiles, roles and teams.<\/li>\n<li>Entry points: configure (WhatsApp) phone numbers, facebook pages, mail boxes, payments and CTIs.<\/li>\n<li>Routing: voice, messaging and mail smart routings, and transfer rules.<\/li>\n<li>Media: sounds, playlists and document center.<\/li>\n<li>Campaigns: voice, mail and messaging campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>CRM: templates sheets and CRM fields.<\/li>\n<li>Files: templates, status and types to aggregate your interaction cases.<\/li>\n<li>Tasks: custom tasks (like reminders) for your agents.<\/li>\n<li>Toolbox: everything else, from calendars to mail templates.<\/li>\n<li>Data: for data bases and web services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Modules can be accessed from the general menu or with the search bar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1333 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2022-07-21_11-37-19-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"187\" height=\"254\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: some features can be found in a module&#8217;s tab, but they will not appear in the search results.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Reporter<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The Reporter&#8217;s main focus is <strong>data<\/strong>: was you last campaign successful? When is there a peak in activity? Which service is most in demand?<\/p>\n<p>You can mix and match several filters to sort out what suits your needs with scheduled reports and customized dashboards.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1334\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2022-07-21_11-42-05.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"129\"><\/p>\n<p>You can also export your datasets in CSV format, use hyper custom KPIs and consolidate date in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access and visibility<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Each application has its own philosophy, and a different way to access its content.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Banner<\/strong>: access to the different modules and interactions (making calls, accessing Supervision, etc.) is set in the profile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maker<\/strong>: the role allows to see the applications, modules and sub-modules.
