It is generated automatically when transcription is enabled on a distribution queue or voice campaign. For more details on enabling transcription, see the article&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/speech-analytics-tab-in-recordings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transcription tab in Recordings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"prerequisites\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A&nbsp;<strong>Smart<\/strong>&nbsp;license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access recordings<\/strong>&nbsp;permission enabled in the user profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcription enabled on the&nbsp;<strong>distribution queue<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>voice campaign<\/strong>&nbsp;(set to Pre-recording).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The recording must have been successfully processed by transcription (status:&nbsp;<strong>Completed<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The recording must be in a supported language:&nbsp;<strong>English<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>French<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Spanish<\/strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>Portuguese<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"1-sentiment-tab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Sentiment tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When sentiment analysis data is available, a&nbsp;<strong>Sentiment<\/strong>&nbsp;tab appears next to the transcription tab. It is identified by a smiley icon. This tab provides a summarized view of the emotional tone of the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"1-1-accessing-the-tab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<strong>text summary<\/strong>&nbsp;describes the overall tone and key takeaways of the conversation. This summary is generated automatically and gives supervisors a quick understanding of the interaction without having to listen to the full recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"1-4-phases\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4. Phases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sentiment is broken down into three conversation phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Phase<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Opening<\/strong><\/td><td>The beginning of the conversation (greeting, introduction).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Middle<\/strong><\/td><td>The core of the conversation (problem resolution, discussion).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Closing<\/strong><\/td><td>The end of the conversation (wrap-up, farewell).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each phase shows its own sentiment tag and, when available, a&nbsp;<strong>reason<\/strong>&nbsp;explaining the sentiment detected during that phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"1-5-participants\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5. Waveform sentiment indicators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When sentiment analysis data is available,&nbsp;<strong>sentiment markers<\/strong>&nbsp;are displayed directly on the audio waveform player at the top of the recording detail view. Visibility toggle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can toggle the sentiment lane visibility directly from the waveform player.
