Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Statistics<\/strong> module in the Banner provides a quick summary of interaction activity for the current day. It allows advisors and managers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) directly from the Banner, without accessing the Reporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For advanced analysis, detailed reports, or custom dashboards, you must use the Reporter module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access the Statistics module, the Statistics<\/strong> permission must be set to ON<\/strong> for your active profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the permission is not enabled, the module will not be visible in the Banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Access and display mode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The data displayed depends on the user\u2019s type:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Advisors<\/strong> can only see their own statistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Managers<\/strong> can see:\n
      \n
    • Their own statistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The statistics of the team members they manage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Only for the queues linked to their active profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      By default, the module displays a summary of the current day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      At the top of the module, a drop-down list allows you to choose the activity view:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Interaction activity per advisor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Interaction activity per queue<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        A filter button next to the drop-down list allows you to refine the displayed data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Date filter<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Month<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Custom period (select one or several days, up to 3 rolling months)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Users<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Filter on one or multiple users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Teams<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Filter on one or multiple teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Flow type<\/strong>\n

                • Voice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Messages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Direction<\/strong>\n

                    The selected filters apply to all KPIs displayed in the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    4. KPIs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    At the top of the module, the following KPIs are displayed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Presented<\/strong>
                      Number of interactions presented to advisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Processed<\/strong>
                      Number of successfully handled interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Missed<\/strong>
                      Number of interactions not handled in time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Refused<\/strong>
                      Number of interactions actively declined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • ATT (Average Talk Time)<\/strong>
                      Average duration of conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • ACW (After Call Work)<\/strong>
                      Average time spent in after-interaction processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Other KPIs are also displayed: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Interaction by date<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      Displays the number of interactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        \n
                      • Per hour when filtering on a single day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Per day when filtering on a month or a custom period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        The results are displayed with color codes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Green: Processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Yellow: Missed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Red: Refused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Interactions per advisor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                          Displays the number of interactions per advisor, using the same color code:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          • Green: Processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Yellow: Missed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Red: Refused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            Qualification breakdown<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                            Displays the distribution of responses to the qualifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Qualification per advisor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                            Displays the responses to the qualifications per advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            5. Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            Export options are available for each KPI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
