Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Entity groups allow you to create and organize collections of voice campaigns<\/strong>, queues<\/strong>, or users<\/strong>. These groups can include individual entities or a single level of subgroups. They help structure your data for reporting, KPI calculations, and table displays in the advanced display mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Entity groups list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When accessing the Entity groups<\/strong> module, you will see a list of existing groups. The table displays the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Name<\/strong> \u2013 the name of the entity group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reference<\/strong> \u2013 a unique identifier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Entity group type<\/strong> \u2013 either Voice campaign<\/strong>, Queue<\/strong>, or User<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Actions<\/strong> \u2013 buttons at the end of each row:\n
      \n
    • Arrow<\/strong> \u2013 open the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cog\/wheel<\/strong> \u2013 view the history of changes and dependencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pencil<\/strong> \u2013 edit the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Trash<\/strong> \u2013 delete the group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      A search bar<\/strong> at the top allows you to find groups by name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To create a new entity group, click the Create<\/strong> button at the top right. You will need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Enter a Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter a Reference<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the Entity group type<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Managing entity groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        After opening a group, you can add entities or subgroups depending on the selected Entity group type<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Voice campaign<\/strong> \u2013 add individual voice campaigns or a subgroup containing voice campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Queue<\/strong> \u2013 add individual queues or a subgroup containing queues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User<\/strong> \u2013 add individual users or a subgroup containing users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          For each entity added to the group, three buttons appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • History<\/strong> \u2013 view modification history<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Edit<\/strong> \u2013 modify the entity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Delete<\/strong> \u2013 remove the entity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            For subgroups, the same buttons are available, and you can add entities inside the subgroup using the + <\/strong> button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Subgroups can be expanded to view the entities they contain. Entities and subgroups can be dragged and dropped<\/strong> to change their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3. Using entity groups in KPIs (Table \/ advanced display mode)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Entity groups can be assigned to table KPIs<\/strong> in advanced display mode to structure and aggregate data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Fixed row structure<\/strong> \u2013 the table follows the order defined in the entity group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Subtotals<\/strong> \u2013 automatically calculate totals for each group or subgroup<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Queues specific features<\/strong> \u2013 when a Queue<\/strong> entity group is assigned and the exploration is live, three columns are automatically color-coded:\n

              • QS<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Waiting duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Number of waiting interactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                By combining entity groups with table KPIs, you can create structured reports with fixed rows, subtotals, and visual cues for key queue metrics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
