Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Voicemail<\/strong> area in the Banner<\/strong> provides access to all messages left in voicemail boxes associated with the active profile. You can filter, search, listen to, and manage messages directly from this interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reminder: Once a voicemail box is created in the Maker<\/strong>, it must be integrated into a Smart Routing<\/strong> and added to the relevant Profile<\/strong> to be used. Message retention is configured in the Maker and applies to all messages left in the voicemail box.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Viewing and filtering messages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When accessing the voicemail messages in the Banner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Date filter<\/strong>: Allows filtering messages over a rolling 3-month period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Search by phone number<\/strong>: Enter a number to find specific messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Filter by voice mailbox<\/strong>: Use the filter button on the right to select messages from a specific voicemail box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Message details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Each voicemail message is displayed with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Start date<\/strong>: Date and time the message was received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Contact<\/strong>: Phone number of the caller<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Action buttons<\/strong>:\n

      • Mobile number: Call back or send an SMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Landline: Call back only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Source mailbox<\/strong>: The voicemail box that received the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Playback controls<\/strong>: Listen, fast forward, or rewind the message, with a progress bar showing message duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Additional buttons<\/strong>: Download, view (if Generate a public link<\/strong> was enabled in the Maker), or delete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Email notifications and public link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If Generate a public link<\/strong> is enabled in the Maker and email notifications<\/strong> are configured for new messages, users can listen to the message directly from the email via a dedicated button.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
