It details the Account settings tab and points, for each of the other tabs, to its dedicated article.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>client account settings<\/strong>&nbsp;gather the settings that apply to your whole account, as opposed to the ones each user sets on their own account. You therefore only see the ones your role allows, and two people with different roles do not get the same menu. The edit right is required to change the values: without it, the&nbsp;<strong>Edit mode<\/strong>&nbsp;button does not appear.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Account settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the tab opened by default. Click&nbsp;<strong>Edit mode<\/strong>&nbsp;at the top of the page to make the fields editable, adjust them, then&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>. The message &#8220;General settings have been successfully modified.&#8221; confirms the change.&nbsp;<strong>Cancel<\/strong>&nbsp;drops your changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The settings are split across four groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Preferences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Country<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Language<\/strong>: the account defaults. Each user has the same settings on their own account, and it is their personal choice that applies to them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Playlists<\/strong>: the client account playlist, to be picked from the ones created in the Playlists tab of the Maker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time zone<\/strong>: a default here too, which each user&#8217;s personal setting replaces for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client account logo<\/strong>: the logo shown in the Maker and in the Banner.&nbsp;<strong>Import a new logo<\/strong>&nbsp;replaces it,&nbsp;<strong>Use the default logo<\/strong>&nbsp;restores the INO cx one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three constraints apply to the logo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2MB at most, otherwise &#8220;The file size must not exceed 2MB.&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A format among&nbsp;<code>.png<\/code>,&nbsp;<code>.jpeg<\/code>,&nbsp;<code>.jpg<\/code>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<code>.gif<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A file name made only of letters, numbers, spaces and the special characters&nbsp;<code>_.-():<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Password expiry<\/strong>: on&nbsp;<strong>Yes<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>Password expiry timeout<\/strong>&nbsp;field appears. Enter a number of days&nbsp;<strong>between 30 and 365<\/strong>. Past that delay, your users have to change their password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Real-time supervision module<\/strong>: the sublabel warns that &#8220;by disabling this option, the real time supervision module will no longer be available.&#8221; The setting applies to the whole account; on top of it, the person needs the required rights on their active profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Calls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Head of line<\/strong>: the number shown by default on an outbound call. It is used by every advisor with no head of line set on their own account. If no head of line is set anywhere, calls go out anonymously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Original number presentation during transfers<\/strong>: on&nbsp;<strong>Yes<\/strong>, the caller&#8217;s original number is presented during a transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choice of number to present<\/strong>: this field only appears if the previous setting is on&nbsp;<strong>No<\/strong>.
