These can also be set in <strong>My Account<\/strong>, which overrides client account settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Playlist<\/strong>: Select a pre-configured playlist from the <strong>Playlists<\/strong> tab in the Maker to play during a call distribution to user before the user answers. If a playlist is configured in the queue or smart routing, it overrides the one specified in the client account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time zone<\/strong>: Can also be configured in <strong>My Account<\/strong> and will override the client account setting if different.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logo<\/strong>: Appears in the Maker and Banner. If removed, the default INO cx logo is displayed. Logo requirements:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Size: &lt; 2MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File name may only contain letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters &#8216;_.\\-():<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password expiration<\/strong>: Yes\/No. Enable and set the number of days before users must change their password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supervision<\/strong>: Option to enable or disable supervision for all users. They need to have the necessary rights in their active profile too.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Head of line (default number)<\/strong>: Number displayed during outgoing calls. Used for advisors without a specified head of line. If none is configured anywhere, calls are anonymous. Head of line set in a queue overrides this default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Original number presentation<\/strong>: Yes\/No to show the original caller number during transfers. If No, the head of line number is displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>National trunk<\/strong>: Allows calls to be routed outside INO infrastructure. Region code (+33, +44, etc.) is configurable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
