Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The SMS Campaigns<\/strong> feature allows you to send predefined SMS messages to a list of targets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need help to created and manage SMS campaigns in the Maker, please read the article SMS campaigns – Set them up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reminder: to let an agent switch a campaign ON\/OFF<\/strong> in the Banner, make sure the \u201cManage campaign\u201d<\/strong> permission is set to Yes<\/strong> for their active profile.
If not, the ON\/OFF status can only be modified from the Maker<\/strong> in the SMS campaigns<\/strong> module, and the toggle will appear greyed out in the Banner (not editable).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I – Accessing SMS campaigns in the Banner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Banner, in the SMS campaigns<\/strong> module, two tabs are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • My SMS campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • SMS targets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Like all the other modules of the Banner, access to the SMS campaigns module is conditioned by the rights set up in your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    II – My SMS campaigns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    This tab lists all SMS campaigns available for the agent. The campaigns that are displayed depend on the user’s active profile. Don\u2019t forget to add your campaigns in the \u201cConfiguration\u201d profile tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Columns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Status<\/strong> \u2013 ON\/OFF<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Name<\/strong> \u2013 clickable link to the campaign in the Maker (if the user has access rights)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reference<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Alias<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      III – SMS targets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This tab lists pending targets<\/strong> only. Once a target is processed, it no longer appears here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A search bar<\/strong> allows you to search among targets.
      Two date fields<\/strong> are available to filter results over a rolling three-month period.
      A filter button<\/strong> on the right also allows filtering by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Priority<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Target layout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Campaign<\/strong> \u2013 clickable link to the campaign in the Maker<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Target layout<\/strong> \u2013 clickable link to the layout in the Maker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          At the end of each row, three action buttons<\/strong> are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Edit target<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Remove target<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • View target information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
