Once the customer responds, the interaction automatically returns to the <strong>Messages pending<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filters and Search<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Filter by date: <em>Received between &#8230; and &#8230;<\/em>.
