INO cx activities can be mapped to specific third-party statuses (for example <em>Busy<\/em>, <em>Away<\/em>, <em>DoNotDisturb<\/em>). Accessing the module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Maker<\/strong>, search for <em>Status syncs<\/em> using the navigation bar. The page lists all existing status syncs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The list displays:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: the name of the status sync<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration type<\/strong>: the connected third-party tool (<em>MSO<\/em> or <em>Zendesk Support<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authentication method<\/strong>: the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/authentication-methods-set-them-up\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/authentication-methods-set-them-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">authentication method<\/a>, already created<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Available actions on the right-hand side of each line:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u25b6\ufe0f <strong>Open<\/strong> the status sync details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2699\ufe0f <strong>Options<\/strong>: access history, view dependencies, or manage tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u270f\ufe0f <strong>Edit<\/strong> the status sync<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\uddd1\ufe0f <strong>Delete<\/strong> the status sync<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Creating a status sync<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new status sync, click <strong>Create<\/strong>. This token must be included in the webhook response of the third-party service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the token works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The token acts as a <strong>security identifier<\/strong> between INO cx and the third-party tool:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the third-party tool (Zendesk\/MSO) sends a status update to INO cx via a webhook, the token must be included in the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>INO cx checks the token to verify that the request is valid and comes from the configured integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the token matches, INO cx updates the user\u2019s activity. If not, the update is rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures that only trusted services can trigger status synchronization in INO cx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Add sync<\/strong> to confirm creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Viewing and editing a status sync<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on an existing status sync, or on the arrow opens its details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authentication method<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Token<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status correspondences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>INO cx activity \/ Third-party status correspondences<\/em> section allows you to map INO cx activities to third-party statuses (e.g. <em>OffWork<\/em>, <em>Busy<\/em>, <em>Away<\/em>, <em>DoNotDisturb<\/em>, <em>Available<\/em>).
