Navigate in the module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CRM and CRM object selection<\/strong><br>Use the dropdown menus at the top of the module to switch between a CRM v2 and the associated CRM object (e.g., Contact, Account).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Search bar<\/strong><br>The search bar applies a filter across all visible columns (Name, First name, Phone number, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced filters<\/strong><br>By clicking the funnel icon on the right, you can apply filters on:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Actions of the list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The various actions (call, send a text message, add to a campaign) depend on the rights of the active profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each line in the table represents one CRM card. Several actions are available at the end of each row:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Call<\/strong>: call the contact (if a number is available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send SMS<\/strong>: send an SMS (if a number is available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Open in side panel<\/strong>: open the CRM card in a side panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced options (cogged wheel icon)<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate the card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert the contact into a voice campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert the contact into an SMS campaign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: permanently remove the card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Open a CRM card in the side panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking the blue button, you can open a CRM card in the <strong>side panel<\/strong>. Up to <strong>10 CRM <\/strong>cards can be opened at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above the tabs, three buttons are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Options<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Cases<\/em>: create a case linked to the CRM card, assign a case<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Interaction<\/em>: assign an interaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Task<\/em>: create a task linked to the CRM card, assign a task<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Campaign<\/em>: insert the card into a voice campaign, insert into an SMS campaign, duplicate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete the CRM card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My buttons<\/strong>: custom buttons defined in the Maker (depending on your configuration).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Close (red cross)<\/strong>: close the CRM card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When a CRM card is open, several tabs are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Card<\/strong>: displays the CRM card information according to the layout defined in the Maker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cases<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interactions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surveys<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voice campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SMS campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tasks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In all tabs except <em>Card<\/em>, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filter data by date (last 3 months).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the search bar to refine results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Reading time: 8 minutes] Overview The CRMs v2 module in the Banner allows agents to search, consult, and manage CRM cards directly from their workspace, depending on the rights configured in the Maker.
