The INO cx team will provide you with the package archive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure it with the <strong>SSO login URL<\/strong> previously obtained from INO cx. (see below)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the parameter <code>&amp;auto=true<\/code> if you want automatic login when opening the INO cx app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Zendesk Support and launch INO cx from the top bar but will be loaded automatically on the following pages:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>user
