Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The My Voicemail<\/strong> tab in the small banner allows you to access and manage your personal voicemail messages directly from INO cx. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature is not enabled by default and must first be configured in the Maker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Enabling personal voicemail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. In the Maker, click on your username and select My account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Telephony<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enable the Personal voicemail<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the welcome message:\n
      \n
    • Default message<\/strong>: use the standard voicemail greeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Custom message<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Upload an audio file, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Use Text-to-Speech<\/strong> by selecting a voice available in the application and typing the text you want to be read.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • (Optional) Configure email notifications<\/strong> to receive an alert whenever a new voicemail is received. You can specify one or more recipients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Once these settings are saved, the My voicemail<\/strong> tab becomes available in the small banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Using voicemail in the small banner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        When a new voicemail is received, a red badge<\/strong> appears at the bottom of the small banner. Clicking it opens the voicemail list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2.1. Voicemail list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • A checkbox<\/strong> allows you to select one or multiple messages to delete them in bulk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each message displays:\n
            \n
          • A flag<\/strong> showing the caller\u2019s country of origin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The caller\u2019s phone number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The date and time<\/strong> of the voicemail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            2.2. Actions available for each voicemail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Expanding a voicemail gives access to the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Listen to the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Call back the number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Send an SMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Download the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
