Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Interaction History<\/strong> tab in the small banner allows each user to review their own recent interactions without leaving the main workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tab displays the user\u2019s personal interaction history, including calls, emails, and messages. A date filter<\/strong> lets you narrow down the display to a rolling period of up to 3 months<\/strong>. Interactions are displayed in batches of 50<\/strong>, with the option to load 50 more at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Main display<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each interaction appears in a line that contains several information areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Top of the line<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Routing type (Direct<\/em> or Smart<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Start date and time of the interaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Left side<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • A channel icon<\/strong> shows the type of interaction (phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The icon color indicates the direction<\/strong> of the interaction:\n
          \n
        • Green = Incoming<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Red = Outgoing<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Center<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • A flag<\/strong> indicates the country of origin of the number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The number called or calling<\/strong>, or the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The last queue used<\/strong> during the interaction (clickable \u2192 opens the queue in the Maker)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Other queues the interaction may have gone through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Right side<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Button 1<\/strong>: open the interaction in the full interaction history module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Button 2<\/strong>: expand the interaction directly in the small banner to view more details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              2. Expanded details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Clicking the expand button reveals additional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
