Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Explorers<\/strong> module in Reporter allows you to visualize statistics from Smart Routings<\/strong> (SR) \u2014 whether in production or in back-up \u2014 in an interactive diagram format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a data visualization<\/strong> tool that makes it easier to analyze the paths and actions performed within a Smart Routing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create an Explorer, you must have the following rights in the Maker<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Access to the Explorers<\/strong> module in your role (Reporter tab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create<\/strong> permission for an Explorer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Once an Explorer is created, its creator automatically becomes an owner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can create an Explorer even if the Smart Routing is in back-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Accessing the module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Open the Reporter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the Explorers<\/strong> module.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      You will see the list of existing Explorers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Explorer list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Each line in the list shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Name<\/strong> of the Explorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Link<\/strong> to the associated Smart Routing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Smart Routing type<\/strong>: voice, messaging, or email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rights<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Guest<\/strong> \u2013 can view the Explorer and see its history<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Owner<\/strong> \u2013 can edit, delete, and manage user rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Number of users<\/strong> with access (owners + guests)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Available actions from the list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • Open<\/strong> the Explorer (arrow icon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • View history<\/strong> (cogwheel icon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Edit<\/strong> (pencil icon) \u2013 owners only<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Delete<\/strong> (trash icon) \u2013 owners only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4. Explorer layout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            When you open an Explorer, the screen is divided into three sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Left panel<\/strong> \u2013 Information and statistics for the entire Smart Routing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Central area<\/strong> \u2013 Smart Routing diagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Right panel<\/strong> (only if you open it) \u2013 Information and statistics for a selected action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              You can also switch it to full screen display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              4.1 Left panel \u2013 Entire Smart Routing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              This panel contains two tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Version<\/strong> of the Smart Routing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Description<\/strong> (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Last status change<\/strong> (DD\/MM\/YYYY)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Status<\/strong>: Production, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Filters<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                • Period (start and end dates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Smart Routing version<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Display<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Name<\/strong> \u2013 shows action names on the links<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Statistics<\/strong> \u2013 shows the number of transitions on the links<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      • Messaging<\/strong>\n

                        • Number of messaging sessions\/time (chart)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Number of senders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Average Smart Routing time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Rate of distributed messaging sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Email<\/strong>\n

                          • Number of senders<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                            4.2 Central area \u2013 Smart Routing diagram<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                            The diagram shows the different steps and actions of the Smart Routing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              \n
                            • Links between actions can display either the action names or the number of passages into action, depending on the selected Display<\/strong> mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • A percentage for each action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              4.3 Right panel \u2013 Action details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                              To open the right panel, click on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                \n
                              • The action name above the percentage in the diagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • Or directly on the action in the diagram<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                This panel contains two tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  \n
                                • Information<\/strong> (cogwheel icon) \u2013 details about the action (queue, playlist, survey, etc.). If applicable, a direct link to the Maker<\/strong> allows you to open the related configuration (e.g., queue distribution, survey form\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • Statistics<\/strong> \u2013 indicators specific to the selected action. Statistics vary depending on the action type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                  5. Managing access rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                  At the top right, the View the rights<\/strong> button lets you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  • Add new users (owner or guest) using a search bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  • Modify existing rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                    Only owners<\/strong> can change user rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
