Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WhatsApp campaigns allow you to send personalized messages at scale, while benefiting from INO cx features for tracking and managing responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outgoing WhatsApp numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before creating a campaign, you need to configure at least one outgoing WhatsApp number in the WhatsApp numbers<\/strong> module, under the Outgoing WhatsApp numbers<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A button is available to simplify the addition of a new number. The integration process with Meta is partially automated in INO cx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a WhatsApp campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the WhatsApp campaigns<\/strong> module to create your campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once created, you can open and manage your campaigns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Import\/export targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage target templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reschedule a campaign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f Message templates (content, title, buttons) must be created and approved directly in Meta Business Manager.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Message personalization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can use variables<\/strong> in the following elements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Message title<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Message content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Buttons (URL links)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Linking a calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Each campaign can be associated with a calendar<\/strong> to define the time slots during which messages will be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Replies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can configure a Smart Routing of response<\/strong> to define how replies to a campaign are handled.
      Customer replies appear in the messaging pool<\/strong> and benefit from all the usual features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Launch the campaign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can launch the campaign directly from the Maker by setting it to \u201cON.\u201d
      Remember to add it to the desired profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If \u201cmanage the campaign\u201d in the profile is set to ON, the user will be able to manually switch the campaign to ON or OFF from the banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Campaign reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Two new data sources<\/strong> are available in the Reporter<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
