Before launching the call, the agent can preview the target&#8217;s info and get prepared for a defined duration. During this time, the agent can manually accept\/launch the call or it will be automatically launched at the end of the preview duration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"954\" height=\"410\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-10.17.28.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4919\" style=\"width:450px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For&nbsp;<strong>voice campaigns<\/strong>: you can now choose a specific presentation number for every single target. If set, it will overwrite the general campaign parameter. The column has been added to targets&#8217; import and is also available in the API route for adding\/editing targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New partitioning system for&nbsp;<strong>customized lists<\/strong>: for a given profile, it is possible to give access to specific elements in custom lists. For each element in custom lists, you can choose to put the list element (and its eventual sub-elements) accessible in read-only mode or with modification rights. Moreover, the display conditions tab can be used to further refine what will be presented to the agent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new option is available for&nbsp;<strong>email and SMS templates<\/strong>: rights management for each template (read-only, modify before sending).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For SMS: in&nbsp;<strong>profile and queues<\/strong>. If the agent is read-only, he can only fill in variables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For emails: in&nbsp;<strong>queues only<\/strong>. For the agent to be able to refuse an interaction, this right must be activated in&nbsp;<strong>both<\/strong>&nbsp;the profile and the queue or voice campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes to the option <strong>Automatic acceptance of the interaction<\/strong>: can be activated either with the profile, the queue or the voice campaign (default value: No)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: regarding email and messaging flow, the new options in queues\/campaigns (&#8220;refuse an interaction&#8221; and &#8220;automatic acceptance of the interaction&#8221;) will only work for e-mail or messaging interactions received AFTER version 11 has been implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now choose which&nbsp;<strong>email domains<\/strong>&nbsp;users will be able to use to create their accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"654\" height=\"185\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-18-a\u0300-16.48.56-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4920\" style=\"width:400px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now click on your&nbsp;<strong>email address domains<\/strong>, in the client account settings, to view the email addresses that have not been reached (bounced or complaint recipients). They can also be added and deleted manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In email templates, a new parameter can be activated to automatically add an &#8220;<strong>unsubscribe link<\/strong>&#8221; at the end of the emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the profile, 2 types of partitionings are now possible for cases access: by team (default) or conditioned. So you can now create&nbsp;<strong>display conditions on case fields<\/strong>&nbsp;in the profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1756\" height=\"546\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-10.23.44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4921\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now create sections to better organize your&nbsp;<strong>case\u2019s fields<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2404\" height=\"1184\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-18-a\u0300-16.55.49.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4907\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For full-page&nbsp;<strong>cases\u2019 layouts<\/strong>, you can now enlarge a field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2410\" height=\"1176\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-18-a\u0300-16.57.28.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4908\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f97821cde55026ad75a07811ef31ebf4\"><strong>WARNING<\/strong>: For&nbsp;<strong>directories, the document center and the knowledge base<\/strong>: if the agent doesn&#8217;t have full access in their profile, using the access rights management function on a folder gives now access to <strong>all its sub-elements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"banner\">Banner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are now two possible&nbsp;<strong>displays for cases<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Banner : Columns by status or Table. The default view is set in My Account &gt; Preferences. On the Cases module, a new button lets you change the display.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1930\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-11.51.22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4929\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>External email transfer<\/strong>&nbsp;has been modified and now offers two options: forward directly, or forward with added content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"564\" height=\"316\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-09.40.22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4913\" style=\"width:150px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When trying to send an email to a <strong>blacklisted email address<\/strong>, the agent will get a red message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1488\" height=\"962\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-10.43.53.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4923\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"supervision\">Supervision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the supervision, \u201cqueues\u201d tab, a column has been added under the \u201cwait\u201d section, for the number of interactions in presentation. In the \u201cinteractions\u201d tab, in the \u201cinteraction status\u201d column, a status \u201cpresented to an advisor\u201d has been added. In the same tab, a \u201cwith\u201d column has been added to indicate which advisor the interaction is with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1400\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Design-sans-titre.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4924\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1764\" height=\"362\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Supervision-presentation-to-an-advisor.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4927\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reporter\">Reporter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dashboards and all their content (KPIs, etc.) can now be duplicated. Only the list of dashboard users will not be duplicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new&nbsp;<strong>\u201cstatus of sent emails\u201d data source<\/strong>&nbsp;has been created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In an&nbsp;<strong>Exploration<\/strong>, under &#8220;KPIs&#8221; tab, a new button now lets you directly create a dashboard by selecting wanted KPIs from the exploration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2860\" height=\"1622\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-09.52.25.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4915\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connector\">Connector<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In&nbsp;<strong>Zendesk and Salesforce<\/strong>, the icon of the agent&#8217;s main activity will change while he is using the INO cx integration. This icon changes if an agent is online, in a call, handling an email, a messaging, different interactions or disconnected. Read the dedicated article<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/agent-activity-in-zendesk-salesforce\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/agent-activity-in-zendesk-salesforce\/\"> here<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ux-global\">UX global<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>prerequisites check page<\/strong>&nbsp;has been improved, with the addition of two sections \u201cSTUN\u201d and \u201cSystem\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During a call, a highlighted&nbsp;<strong>visual indicator<\/strong>&nbsp;appears when the agent is speaking into the microphone, in the agent&#8217;s small banner interactions list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"594\" height=\"280\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Visual-indicator-interaction.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4930\" style=\"width:400px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"additional-changes\">Additional changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"maker-1\">Maker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In email templates, the total sum for email addresses can now be up to 50, all included (to, cc, cci).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the list of case fields, a new \u201ccustomized list\u201d column has been created, with a link to the related list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When creating and modifying a&nbsp;<strong>case field<\/strong>, you can set a tooltip which will then be displayed in the Banner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In&nbsp;<strong>user accounts<\/strong>, countries are now differentiated from languages. The languages available in INO cx are now English, Spanish and French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"banner-1\">Banner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The UX has been enhanced to clarify the options panel close button, the transfers panel close button and the end interaction button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"90\" height=\"68\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-10.12.44-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4918\" style=\"width:50px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"144\" height=\"102\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-10.13.44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4916\" style=\"width:50px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the tasks list, a new \u201cPrivate\u201d column (YES\/NO) has been added, with the option of filtering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reporter-1\">Reporter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Reporter, when adding users to an entity (exploration, dashboard, explorer, &#8230;), the&nbsp;<strong>list of users<\/strong>&nbsp;to add is now presented as a drop-down menu with the possibility of searching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For data sources in which it is possible to add &#8220;multiple&#8221;
