The Variables<\/strong> sub-module in the Maker<\/strong> allows you to create, manage, and organize the variables used in INO cx. These variables are essential for storing and manipulating data in smart routings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the variables sub-module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open the Maker<\/strong> in INO cx.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Routing<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Variables<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You will then see a list of existing variables with search and filtering options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a new variable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Variables<\/strong> sub-module, click the Create<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Fill in the required fields:\n
        \n
      • Name<\/strong> (required<\/em>): A unique identifier for the variable. It cannot be modified after creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Reference<\/strong> (required<\/em>): A unique technical identifier that may include special characters (_<\/code>-<\/code>.<\/code> @<\/code>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Description<\/strong> (optional<\/em>): Additional information about the variable\u2019s purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Variable fields<\/strong> (required<\/em>):\n

        • A variable must contain at least one field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Field names must be alphanumeric and unique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Add the variable<\/strong> to save the variable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \u26a0\ufe0fWarning<\/strong>: If a variable is deleted or its reference is modified, the routing actions that use it will no longer function properly.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Modification<\/strong>: Once created, only the description and fields can be modified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Deletion<\/strong>: A variable can be deleted, but this may impact existing configurations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
