This ensures that administrators have comprehensive visibility and authority over all elements within the Reporter.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0fImportant:<\/strong> the rights granted by the <strong>license type<\/strong> (Smart or Essential) take precedence over the administrator status.<\/p>\n<h2>Key features of the admin status<\/h2>\n<h3>1. <strong>Bypassing role limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Admins have unrestricted access (open, modify, delete) to:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Data sources<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Explorations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dashboards<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Explorers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Scenarios<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This overrides the usual permissions that restrict roles from accessing or editing certain entities \u27a1\ufe0f for the admin, role is ignored in the Reporter (as in the Maker).\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>2. <strong>Owner\/guest system override<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the owner\/guest system, admins are not restricted by ownership or invitation status. They can:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>View all entities, even those they are not explicitly assigned to as owners or guests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform any action on these entities, including editing, deleting, or reassigning ownership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Important consideration<\/h2>\n<p>Actions performed by admins can affect all users and entities.
