This article outlines the capabilities of administrators, based on the following principle: an <strong>administrator<\/strong> bypasses team-based limitations but remains subject to restrictions related to their <strong>active profile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0fImportant:<\/strong> The rights granted by the <strong>license type<\/strong> (Smart or Essential) take precedence over the administrator status.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Basic principles<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The <strong>administrator<\/strong> has extended functionalities without team limitations.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the Banner, restrictions tied to the <strong>active profile<\/strong> still apply.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>license<\/strong> (Smart or Essential) determines access, and its rights override those of the administrator role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The affected modules<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>My Colleagues<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervision<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality Management (QM)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cases<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Interaction history<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistics<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The <strong>Click2Call API<\/strong> is also affected<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Granted rights for the admin in the Banner<\/h2>\n\n\n<h3><strong>1. Cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>administrator<\/strong> can access <strong>all cases<\/strong>, regardless of the owner.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Interaction History<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>administrator<\/strong> can view:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>All <strong>direct interactions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smart interactions<\/strong> for queues tied to their active profile and flows they have access to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>6. Statistics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>administrator<\/strong> can view the entire content of the <strong>\u201cInteraction activity per advisor\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<p>They are limited to their active profile\u2019s queues in the <strong>\u201cInteraction activity per queue\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7.
