Here are the key characteristics of an administrator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Role and Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>Role<\/strong> does not impact an administrator, as they have access to all entities in both the <strong>Reporter<\/strong> and the <strong>Maker<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Profile<\/strong>, however, is considered. In the <strong>Banner<\/strong>, the administrator inherits the rights of their profile but is treated as if they belong to all teams (except for collaborative and supervision functionalities).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Access:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>administrators have the highest level of access, allowing them to manage users, settings, and data comprehensively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">How to create an admin user?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The designation of an administrator follows specific rules:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>First admin:<\/strong> the first user created on a customer account is automatically an administrator.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delegation:<\/strong> only an existing administrator can designate another user as an administrator.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Licenses:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>an administrator can have either an <strong>Essential<\/strong> or <strong>Smart<\/strong> license.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The license overrides the admin status to determine the extent of available access. For instance, if you have an Essential license and you&#8217;re admin, you still won&#8217;t have access to Maker&#8217;s \u201cRouting\u201d module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborator or Manager:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>an administrator can function in either a collaborator or manager type of user, depending on organizational needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">What are admin&#8217;s rights in the Maker?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>An administrator has exclusive rights within the application. Here are the main features:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Changing user types: <\/strong>only an administrator can change a user\u2019s type (collaborator\/manager).
