Available for calls and messaging. They guide the advisor through the interaction, and can then be retrieved in the &#8220;Quality Management&#8221; module, where you&#8221;ll be able to see the provided answers. You can also use them for your campaigns; if multiple scripts are linked to a campaign, you can assign a load to each one to define their order of priority.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3582\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2024-04-10_10-19-26-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"270\" \/><\/li>\n<li>New default display for <strong>Smart voice interactions<\/strong>: if a script is linked to the queue, it will be displayed first when the interaction begins. If there is none, but a CRM sheet has been retrieved, it will be displayed first. If neither is present, the view will be the default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Maker<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>New &#8220;<strong>Workflow<\/strong>&#8221; feature. Once you&#8217;ve created a workflow with its various actions you can assign one or more trigger rules to it (for example, when a user accepts an interaction). The events are the same as for webhooks, and a test mode is available. Workflow triggers can also be assigned to custom buttons.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3576\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/2024-04-09_08-55-32-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"258\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Data export is now available for <strong>CRMs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>New <strong>CRM connector<\/strong>: Zendesk Support. Just like the Salesforce connector, it can be used with SSO and opens the Banner directly in Zendesk, make click-to-calls or consult activity logs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Additional changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Banner<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Now all Smart interactions in the active profile&#8217;s queues are available in the<strong> interaction history module<\/strong>: treated (like before) but also dismissed, abandoned, missed, etc. for your active profile.<\/li>\n<li>New &#8220;Status&#8221; column in the <strong>interaction history<\/strong>, with informative tooltip for deterrence and untreated interactions.<\/li>\n<li>New display in the &#8220;<strong>My statistics today<\/strong>&#8221; mini screen tab, to account for productive and non-productive downtime.<\/li>\n<li>New <strong>Phone book<\/strong> button for predialing the email address has been added, as well as a drop-down if multiple phone numbers or email addresses are associated with the same file.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3580 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2024-04-09-a\u0300-09.36.08.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"630\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maker<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>New &#8220;<strong>Empty campaign<\/strong>&#8221; button: deletes all targets (but not the history).<\/li>\n<li>New &#8220;<strong>National trunk&#8221;<\/strong> option in customer account settings, to manage custom trunks and format numbers to the correct format if required (for incoming and outgoing numbers).<\/li>\n<li>New interface for <strong>imports<\/strong>, with time zone tweaks for campaigns. There is no need to download a .CSV template file anymore, and campaign targets data can now be imported.<\/li>\n<li>New &#8220;Stereo&#8221; option for <strong>recordings<\/strong> (queues and voice campaigns). It can be set up in the &#8220;Treatment&#8221; section for both.<\/li>\n<li>New \u201cPublic link\u201d parameter for recordings in <strong>queues<\/strong>, <strong>voice campaigns<\/strong>, <strong>voice mailboxes<\/strong> and <strong>IVR recorders<\/strong>.
