Depending on the banking contract type and your country, payment can also be spread over several months, with SMS and\/or email reminders.<br \/>Today, we will see how to create a payment module and then use it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3284\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2023-03-17_16-18-07-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"266\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A payment module.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on your settings: an SMS\/email template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Configuring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creation<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The creation of a payment module is quite simple: open the Maker, go to the &#8220;Payment&#8221; section, click on &#8220;Payment module&#8221; and then on the &#8220;Create&#8221; button. Once this step is completed, you will be able to open your module and access all its customization options.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3288\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-03-24-a\u0300-09.28.09.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"569\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you open your newly created module, you will have access to different sections depending on the type of banking contract.<br \/>For example: scheduled payment are not available for Stripe contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sandbox mode &amp; activation<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Just like bank contracts, payment modules have different statuses: activated (ready for use), deactivated (unavailable\/error) and sandbox (for testing purposes). This status is indicated in the list of modules, but it can only be changed by opening the desired payment module.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3289\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2023-03-24_09-38-14-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"302\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If a payment module can&#8217;t be activated, an explanatory message will always be displayed in the configuration page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3290\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-03-24-a\u0300-09.53.05.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"179\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Sandbox&#8221; mode is useful for tests and demonstrations, and can be activated\/deactivated at will.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customization<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Each payment module can be customized in various ways: here, we will see the different sections.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3292\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-03-24-a\u0300-15.49.13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This section allows you to enrich the information entered during creation, and to change everything (except the associated bank contract). You can also configure the following parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>add a description.<\/li>\n<li>define a maximum amount for a transaction.<\/li>\n<li>add an entry point for the module: SMS, email, or both (requires an SMS number and\/or a mailbox previously created).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appearance<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3293\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-03-24-a\u0300-15.57.15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"125\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As the name implies, this is where you will customize your module&#8217;s appearance: language\/title, color, favicon and logo.<\/p>\n<p>You can&#8217;t add more title+language combinations than the number of languages currently available (if you have 5 languages available, you&#8217;ll be able to add 5 titles, 1 for each language).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment form<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3294\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-03-24-a\u0300-15.59.47.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This section will help you to set up additional information fields for your invoices: invoice ID and customer ID.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirmations<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This is where you will choose (or not) an <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/sms-templates\/?customize_changeset_uuid=4ab041d8-3a26-4405-959b-a38c35f63d26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SMS<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/email-templates\/?customize_changeset_uuid=4ab041d8-3a26-4405-959b-a38c35f63d26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email<\/a> template to send a confirmation message to your client.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3302\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-13_08-47-56-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As usual, your templates can include variables from the magical field.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Channel<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This section is dedicated to the channels through which you want to offer payment to your customers: SMS, email, call, IVR or web integration.<br \/>Each channel comes with its own options.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3303\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2023-04-13_10-07-11-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment terms (banks only)<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This section is dedicated to the payment&#8217;s settings: in one or several times? With fees? Create your Payment module and open it.<\/li>\n<li>Configure it to suit your needs: visual aspect, payment form, confirmations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Add your module to the profile(s) you want your agents to use.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Routing&#8221;, then &#8220;Voice&#8221;, and create your Smart routing.
