These numbers are added by the INO teams and cannot be created or deleted by customers.<\/p>\n<h2>Accessing the module<\/h2>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Go to the Maker.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Entry points &gt; Numbers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You will then see a list of all available phone numbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Adding a phone number<\/h2>\n<p>Phone numbers are exclusively added by the INO teams. If you need a new number, you must contact your INO cx support team to have it assigned to your environment. Once added, the number will automatically appear in the entry points list.<\/p>\n<h2>Interface and available options<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The phone number list is displayed in a table with several columns:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Number<\/strong>: The assigned phone number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Name<\/strong>: The name associated with the number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Time zone<\/strong>: The time zone applied to the number (default or custom).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Language<\/strong>: The language assigned to the number (default or custom).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Routing<\/strong>: The routing type assigned to the number. Two options are available:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Direct<\/strong>: Requires assigning a specific user to the number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Smart<\/strong>: Uses smart routing, which can be configured as <strong>test<\/strong> or <strong>production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Smart routing<\/strong>: Configuration of smart routing in <strong>test<\/strong> or <strong>production<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>End-of-interaction routing<\/strong>: Routing applied at the end of an interaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>User<\/strong>: Only applicable for direct routing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4858\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Phone-numbers-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"480\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Searching and filtering numbers<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Search bar<\/strong>: Allows you to search for a number by name or directly by its number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Tag filters<\/strong>: A dropdown menu lets you filter numbers based on assigned tags.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Editing a number<\/h2>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>Each number can be modified by clicking the pencil button. This action allows you to change the parameters related to the number.<\/p>\n<h2>History and tag management<\/h2>\n<p>The cogged wheel<strong>\u00a0icon<\/strong> button provides access to two features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Number history<\/strong>: View modifications and changes made to the number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tag management<\/strong>: Assign tags to the number for better organization and searchability.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once added to the Maker by INO, the numbers can then be used to make calls and as an entry point for Smart routings.
