Configure the WhatsApp number with META<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before adding numbers in INO cx, you must first configure the WhatsApp integration on the Meta side. Follow these steps based on Meta&#8217;s requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1. Create a META application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <em>WhatsApp Manager<\/em> &gt; <em>Overview<\/em> &gt; find the test number and click <em>Go to Developer Console<\/em>. WhatsApp numbers (Outgoing)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outgoing numbers are added through the same process as incoming numbers, using the\u00a0<strong>Open<\/strong>\u00a0button described in\u00a0section 3.3. Once connected, they appear in this tab and can be edited or deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Outgoing WhatsApp numbers<\/strong> tab allows you to add and manage the numbers used by your agents to send outgoing WhatsApp messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u27a1\ufe0f Message templates on Meta<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To contact a person who has never been contacted or has not been contacted for more than 24 hours, it is necessary to use <strong>message templates approved by Meta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Templates can be created from the <strong>WhatsApp Business account interface<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three types of templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marketing<\/strong><br>Flexible template to contact a client for brand awareness, sales, retargeting, app promotion, or customer relationship development.<br>\u26a0\ufe0f For <code>Marketing<\/code> templates, a <strong>campaign opt-out button<\/strong> must be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authentication<\/strong><br>Used to authenticate a user, for example with an authentication code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utility<\/strong><br>Triggered by a client action or request, for example to provide information about an ongoing order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: incorrect template typing may result in rejection by Meta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once created, a template must be validated by Meta. Approval can take up to 24 hours.
