For the adding of an email domain, please see the dedicated article.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The email adress(es) you need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Configuring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creation &amp; integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon creation, you will need to enter a name, the email address used according to the pre-configured domain, choose your time zone, the default language for emails, and a starting and\/or end-of-interaction Smart routing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"511\" height=\"657\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/2023-02-02_14-43-10-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3197\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>alias<\/strong> is <strong>very<\/strong> important: it is the redirection address from the original email to INO, which will then allow you to create and process emails from the Banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queues<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>A mailbox can only be used with an end-of-interaction queue: outgoing emails will be displayed with the original address.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3199\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-02-02-a\u0300-15.14.47.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here you can, for example, configure the sending of an automatic confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smart routing actions<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The mailbox can only be used here with the &#8220;Send email&#8221; action and only for a &#8220;basic&#8221; email.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3200\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2023-02-02-a\u0300-15.27.39.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\"><\/p>\n<p>For more information, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/what-is-a-smart-routing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the dedicated article.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment modules<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Here, your email address will be used as an entry point for the payment module.
