INO cx works with partner operators to add numbers to be used for marketing SMS senders.<br \/>If you already have a contract with an operator, you can manage SMS sending yourself via the client account settings &gt; SMS settings.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1695\" height=\"1454\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/undraw_typing_gcve.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4975\" style=\"width:250px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Once created, SMS senders can be used: for direct sending, for smart sending using a queue (during a call or not), in a Smart routing, in an SMS campaign, in an invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>I &#8211; SMS sender creation<\/h2>\n<h3>Accessing the module<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>Go to the Maker.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Entry points &gt; SMS Numbers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You will then see a list of all created SMS senders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Adding an SMS sender<\/h3>\n<p>Once you are in the module, click on the \u2018CREATE\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<h3>Interface and available options<\/h3>\n<p>The SMS senders list is displayed in a table with several columns:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Name<\/strong>: The name associated with the SMS sender.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Type: The type of sender (marketing or customized sender). <em>Note: For marketing senders, a stop clause will be inserted. For customized senders, do not use prohibited senders!<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Customized sender: Sender to be displayed on the target&#8217;s phone<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Time zone<\/strong>: The time zone applied to the SMS sender (default or custom).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Language<\/strong>: The language assigned to the SMS sender (default or custom).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Searching and filtering numbers<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Search bar<\/strong>: Allows you to search for an SMS sender by name or by the customized sender.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Tag filters<\/strong>: A dropdown menu lets you filter SMS senders based on assigned tags.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Editing an SMS sender<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Once you are in the module, click on the \u2018CREATE\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Each SMS sender can be modified by clicking the pencil button. This action allows you to change the parameters related to the sender.<\/p>\n<h3>History and tag management<\/h3>\n<p>The cogged wheel<strong>\u00a0icon<\/strong> button provides access to four features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Duplicate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>History<\/strong>: View modifications and changes made to the SMS sender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>See dependencies<\/strong>: Check where the SMS sender is used (profiles, queues, payment modules).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tag management<\/strong>: Assign tags to the number for better organization and searchability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Once you have added your SMS sender, you can use it in several modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; SMS senders settings <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. For direct SMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To use the previously created SMS sender when sending a direct SMS, you will need to add it to the profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, go to the Maker, profile, configuration tab, SMS numbers sub-tab. Click on the ADD button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add up to 50 SMS numbers to a profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. For smart SMS<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>To use the previously created SMS sender when sending a smart SMS, it must be added to a queue.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: as with direct SMS messages, SMS senders can only be used for outgoing interactions, so they need to be set up in an outgoing queue.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To do this, go to the Maker, to the queues, enter the desired queue, settings tab, distribution section. You can then select an exit point, which is the SMS sender that will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: for messaging, this exit point only concerns SMS messages.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. For payment link<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p>To be able to use the SMS sender you created when sending a payment link by SMS, a payment confirmation or a reminder of payment deadlines, you will need to add it to a payment module.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To do this, go to the Maker, payment modules, and enter the General section of the desired payment module. For SMS campaigns<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p>In order to use the SMS sender you have created for an SMS campaign, you will need to add it to an SMS campaign.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To do this, go to the Maker, to SMS campaigns. When you create an SMS campaign, you will be asked for the SMS number that will be displayed.
