If you change profile, you&#8217;ll see the queues associated with the new profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab includes three sub-tabs for each channel: Voice, Email, and Messaging. Each channel is further divided into incoming and outgoing flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>incoming flows<\/strong> (regardless of the channel), several columns are displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: For more information on KPIs, see the article &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/terms-and-vocabulary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terms and vocabulary<\/a>&#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quality<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>QS<\/strong>: Quality of service (in percentage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SLA<\/strong>: Service level agreement (in percentage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wait<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NO.<\/strong>: Number of interaction waiting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D MAX<\/strong>: Maximum daily wait time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MAX<\/strong>: Maximum current wait time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AVG<\/strong>: Average wait time for processed calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NO.<\/strong>: Number of interaction being processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ATT<\/strong>: Average talk time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>APT<\/strong>: Average processing time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ACW<\/strong>: After-call work time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advisors<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NO.<\/strong>: Total number of competent advisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zzzzz<\/strong>: Number of inactive advisors (flow not enabled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Processing<\/strong>: Number of advisors currently processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activities<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Green<\/strong>: Advisors engaged in &#8220;processing&#8221; activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purple<\/strong>: Advisors in &#8220;productive unavailability&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blue<\/strong>: Advisors in &#8220;non-productive unavailability&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performances<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Received<\/strong>: Number of interaction received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processed<\/strong>: Number of interaction processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processed in SLA<\/strong>: Number of interaction processed within SLA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aborted<\/strong>: Number of interaction aborted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Missed<\/strong>: Number of missed interaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refused<\/strong>: Number of interaction refused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>outgoing flows<\/strong>, the displayed columns are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NO.<\/strong>: Number of interaction being processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ATT<\/strong>: Average talk time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>APT<\/strong>: Average processing time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ACW<\/strong>: After-call work time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performances<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Made<\/strong>: Number of calls made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;hand&#8221; button allows you to take the next incoming interaction, similar to the small Banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Advisors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a manager, you see all advisors in the teams you manage. If you are a collaborator, you see only yourself in this tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab is divided into three channels and further subdivided into incoming and outgoing flows. Supervisors can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change an advisor\u2019s activity or profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnect advisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable\/disable advisor flows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the cogwheel to send a flash message<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscribe to discreet listening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Platform<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once configured in the <strong>Maker<\/strong>, the Platform tab allows supervisors to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor the type of advisor activity:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Green<\/strong>: Ready to take an interaction (&#8220;processing&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purple<\/strong>: Working on non-interaction tasks (&#8220;productive unavailability&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blue<\/strong>: Not engaged in productive tasks (&#8220;non-productive unavailability&#8221;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View customizable activity categories (set in Maker)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change profiles, check statuses, and use the cogwheel to open user cards, send flash messages, listen discreetly, or disconnect advisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1252\" height=\"498\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Platform-Supervision.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4627\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Interactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For each queue in your active profile, you can see which interactions are pending \/ in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab displays all data related to interactions and queues for each authorized channel and direction. Like the Queues tab, the &#8220;hand&#8221; button lets you take the next incoming interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Campaigns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab is dedicated to managing voice campaigns. Supervisors can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch new sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stop sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View target data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supervision allows you to see in real time the activity related to your queues, what your agents are doing, to manage them and your voice campaigns.
