You will also be able to see the details of a Smart Routing route: which branches were the most used, the percentage related to each action, and many other things.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-why-who-where\" style=\"font-size:26px\">User capsule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"279\" height=\"211\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2024-12-05-a\u0300-14.07.03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4491\" style=\"width:250px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><\/figure>\n<p>The user capsule on the Reporter is simplified.\u00a0It contains:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user\u2019s initials by default (or an avatar if they change it), then first name and last name.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/my-account-configuring-using\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/my-account-configuring-using\/\">My account<\/a>: configuration of INO cx user account.<\/li>\n<li>Direct link to the \u201cMaker\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Disconnect.\u00a0<em>Note: you will be automatically logged out of all other applications if you log out of the Reporter.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Data sources, explorations, dashboards &amp; explorers<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>These three modules work together, like a funnel: the data source is the base from which you create an exploration (and KPIs), and then you bundle the KPIs into dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data sources<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Data sources refer to raw data collected from various interactions or sources. This data is then used to perform analyses and generate reports in the Reporter.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2660\" height=\"1268\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2024-11-25-a\u0300-11.05.56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4432\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>They are two types: present by default (incoming\/outgoing calls, for example) and customized (the databases you create).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explorations<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/explorations-data-tables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Explorations<\/a> allow you to create<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/kpis-explorations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> KPIs<\/a> and scheduled reports from a data source: this is the raw data that has been customized.
