Pressing a digit on the telephone keypad selects the appropriate action\/response according to the digit pressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IVR recording lasts for the duration of the caller&#8217;s journey through the IVR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: As soon as there is a distribution action, the recording stops.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I &#8211; Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The user must have the rights granted on the Maker, in the role, for IVR Recorders: modification, creation, deletion, download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"622\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-15.00.18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4932\" style=\"width:350px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; Manage IVR recorders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create an IVR recorder, go to the Maker, Toolbox module, IVR Recorders sub-module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. IVR recorders list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of IVR recorders appears, if any have already been created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each recorder, you&#8217;ll see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>its name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its retention time (by default: specified in the client account settings\/by days: select the number of days you want\/unlimited)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the recordings are stored on a repository connector or not, and if yes, which one<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The usual buttons:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>arrow: to open the IVR recorder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cogwheel: to duplicate, view history, see dependancies or manage tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pencil: to modify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trash: to delete (if grayed out, this means that the IVR recorder cannot be deleted as it is used by other items)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3>2. Creation button<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Click on the &#8220;CREATE&#8221; button, then choose a name, a reference (which must be unique), the retention time, the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/repository-connectors-set-them-up\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/repository-connectors-set-them-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repository connector<\/a>, and whether or not you want to generate a public link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/limits-client-account-settings\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/limits-client-account-settings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> limit<\/a> of IVR recorders that can be created is 50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Search an IVR recorder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A search bar lets you search by name or reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A drop-down menu lets you search by tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Consult your customers&#8217; passages in your IVR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you click on the arrow to open the IVR recorder, you will find the list of recordings associated with this IVR recorder, with several columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>called<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>which Smart Routing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recording duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>start audio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>open in separate tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>download<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2482\" height=\"708\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2025-04-22-a\u0300-16.21.49.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4939\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II &#8211; Use IVR recorders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your IVR recorder is set up, you can use it in Smart Routing using 3 actions:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Start recording: select your IVR recorder, set tup the maximum duration (up until 10 000 seconds or 166 minutes) and begin recording!<\/li>\n<li>Pause: you can add pauses with a maximum duration of 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Stop recording: if you want to end the recording at a certain point.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the name implies, IVR recorders allow you to record all or part of your calls.
