branch if the caller says nothing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>WIP<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Use case<\/h2>\n\n\n<p><strong>My request<\/strong>: I want to direct my callers to my after sales service with the ASR, and refer them to the front desk if they are having difficulties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step-by-step process<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the Maker.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Toolbox&#8221;, then &#8220;ASR&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Create your dictionary with the name of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Open it.<\/li>\n<li>Add the words you want to associate with your service.<\/li>\n<li>Check that you have the right queue ready.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Routing&#8221;, then &#8220;Voice&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Create your Smart routing, and open it.<\/li>\n<li>For this, we will make something similar to the SR in the &#8220;Preview&#8221;
