Did the chat meet their needs? Was the response time by email from customer service satisfying?<\/p>\n<p>Here we will see how to create a survey and include it in a Smart routing (voice and messaging).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sound file(s), if you need to use them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Configuring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creation<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Surveys are created in the &#8220;Toolbox&#8221; sub-module of Maker,<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding questions<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Surveys take the form of a tree in which you can add two types of questions, and organize them into branches.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2932\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/2022-10-20_11-30-33-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"302\"><\/p>\n<p>The two types of questions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes\/No question: a binary choice, for which you can include a text-to-speech version.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple response question: for more varied answers.
