Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customized lists are reusable lists of values that can be used across several features in INO cx, such as cases fields, CRM fields, database columns, or qualification questionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They allow you to define elements and sub-elements that users can select when interacting with these features.<\/p>\n

1. Rights<\/h2>\n

Rights to create, modify, or delete customized lists are managed in the role configuration in the Maker.<\/p>\n

By default, all elements and sub-elements of a list are accessible to any user who has access to the feature using this list, unless restrictions are defined at the element level, in customized lists module.<\/p>\n

2. Accessing the module<\/h2>\n

In the Maker, go to the customized lists<\/strong> module.
The page displays all existing customized lists. At the top, you will find:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    a search bar to search by name or reference<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    a tag filter to refine results by tag<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Below, the list table contains two columns:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      name<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      reference<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      For each list, the following actions are available on the right:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        arrow icon: open the list<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        cogwheel: duplicate, view history, see dependencies, manage tags<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        pencil: edit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        trash: delete (if no dependancies)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Creating a new list<\/h2>\n

        To create a new list, click create<\/strong>.
        When creating a list, choose:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          a name<\/strong> (mandatory)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          a reference<\/strong> (mandatory, must be unique; allowed special characters: _+.@-<\/code>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Managing elements and sub-elements<\/h2>\n

          Inside a list, you can add elements and, if needed, multiple levels of sub-elements.
          Elements can be reordered using drag & drop.
          Each element and sub-element must be managed individually if you want specific rights and conditions.<\/p>\n

          5. Defining rights on elements<\/h2>\n

          When opening an element, two tabs are available:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • \n

            profiles<\/strong>: grant access only to selected profiles.<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              modification<\/em>: the element can be used by the profile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              read only<\/em>: the element is visible but cannot be selected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              if no profile is added, the element is accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              display conditions<\/strong>: only apply when the list is used in a qualification questionnaire.
              You can choose to display the element if:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • \n

                all conditions are met<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                at least one condition is met<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Click create<\/strong> to add new conditions.<\/p>\n

                Examples of display conditions:\u00a0<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Flow != Email \u27a1\ufe0f\u00a0 The flow is different from email<\/li>\n
                • Direction = Incoming \u27a1\ufe0f The direction of the interaction is incoming<\/li>\n
                • etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  6. Using customized lists<\/h2>\n

                  Once created, customized lists can be used in:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • \n

                    case fields<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    CRM fields<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    database columns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    qualification questionnaires<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    7. Viewing lists in the profiles module<\/h2>\n

                    In the Maker, under the profiles<\/strong> module > configuration tab, you can see which customized lists are associated with a profile.<\/p>\n

                    This view is informative only: list management is done directly in the customized lists module.
                    If a list does not appear for a profile, it means the profile has access to all its elements.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

                    Custom lists are created in the Maker and can be then used in qualification questionnaires, databases, cases and INO CRM.<\/p>\n
