This article explains how to configure and use this module based on user roles and permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/My-colleagues-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4467\" style=\"width:250px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>User configuration in the Maker<\/strong><br \/>Before using the module, the user must be correctly set up in the Maker. For detailed instructions, refer to our article: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/adding-new-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Users &#8211; Set them up.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Access rights in the active profile<\/strong><br \/>To see the &#8220;My colleagues&#8221; module in the Banner, the <strong>&#8220;Access the &#8216;My colleagues&#8217; module&#8221;<\/strong> setting in the Maker must be set to <strong>Yes<\/strong> in the active profile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Features by user type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Collaborator type<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Once in the module in the Banner, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to the colleagues list<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The user can view only colleagues who belong to the same team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #364f6b; font-family: Montserrat; font-size: revert;\">See colleague details<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clicking on a colleague grants access to the <strong style=\"color: #364f6b; font-family: Montserrat; font-size: revert;\">settings<\/strong><span style=\"color: #364f6b; font-family: Montserrat; font-size: revert;\"> tab, where users can view the colleague&#8217;s information, and send a message, email, or call the colleague (if the relevant data is provided).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The user\u2019s active profile determine the actions available: for instance, if the user does not have access (in the Maker) to the email flow, he can only view the colleague&#8217;s information without sending an email.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please note that you can consult multiple users\u2019 pages at once: each of them will be available in the left panel until you manually close them, or log out.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to the Maker<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clicking the cogwheel icon opens the colleague&#8217;s profile in the Maker:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>If the user\u2019s role allows<\/strong>: view the colleague&#8217;s data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a1\ufe0f With additional rights in the role<\/strong>: modify the colleague&#8217;s information.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"552\" height=\"280\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2024-11-27-a\u0300-16.10.20.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4469\" style=\"width:250px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Manager type<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>In addition to the features available for collaborators, managers have extended rights:<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1570\" height=\"92\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2024-11-27-a\u0300-16.11.50.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4470\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to all colleagues in their supervised teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>settings<\/strong> tab displays colleagues&#8217; information, just like for collaborators.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to additional tabs<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>interactions<\/strong>: view the colleague\u2019s interactions history within a 3 months limit. Each interaction can be opened in a new tab. From here, you can link an interaction to a case, an INO CRM or an invoice. You can also check if a qualification has been done, consult the recording, survey answers and scripts answers. You can open until 10 interactions at a time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>recordings<\/strong>: access call recordings (automatic or manual) within a 3 months limit. Each recording can be listened to, or downloaded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>evaluations<\/strong>: review performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>qualifications<\/strong>: check the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/qualification-questionnaires-set-them-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qualifications questionnaires<\/a>. Note they can not be modified once the post-interaction is over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>sessions<\/strong>: view connections data.
