Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n

Once you\u2019ve set up the tasks and associated profile accesses, agents can start using them in the Banner.<\/p>\n

Use tasks (Banner)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Banner, then click on the \u2018task\u2019 module. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access tasks list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the active profile and associated rights, the agent can access the list of tasks in the Banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


You will need to select a period (up to 3 months), then display the chronological list of tasks. You also can use the search bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a task<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If he has the right, the agent can create a new task, either for himself (\u2018private\u2019) or for everyone (those who share the same profile as him). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actions of a task<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once created, a task can also be modified, duplicated, deleted (if the agent has the rights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assign a CRM card to a task<\/h3>\n\n\n

You can assign to a task a CRM card.<\/p>\n

Open the task, click on the cogwheel, then ‘assign a CRM card’. Note: remember to previously open the CRM card!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

A task can only be linked with one CRM card, but a CRM card can have many tasks.\u00a0If a CRM card is linked to a task, an icon will appear in the tasks list.<\/p>\n

Once the task is linked to a CRM card, the agent will be able to open it in a second tab, to manage the customer relationship. Simply click on the dedicated button.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tasks are used to organize the work to be done, with categories and types set up in the Maker.
