Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A team can be used to group together one or more users according to their department (sales, aftersales, marketing, QA, etc.) or any other criteria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can add up to 50 users to each team<\/a>. Each of them can have a \u2018collaborator\u2019 or \u2018manager\u2019 type within the team.
Note: some of the supervision features in the Banner will only be available to managers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teams will be used primarily for collaborative work<\/strong> (sending messages or calls internally, discussion groups, video meetings), supervision<\/strong> and quality management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The users you wish to add to a team must already have been created. If you need help to add new users<\/a>, please click here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optional: users you wish to be \u2018manager\u2019. Note that you can change the type of user to \u2018collaborator\u2019 or \u2018manager\u2019 at a later date if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuring (Maker)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

List of teams<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can set up teams in the Maker, in the \u2018users\u2019 module, \u2018teams\u2019 sub-module.
Teams will be displayed in a list. Several actions are possible for each list: open it, duplicate it\/view history\/tags, modify it, delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: these actions will be possible depending on the settings for the role associated with the user.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can search the list using the search bar or tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to create up to 50 teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public and private teams<\/h3>\n\n\n

When it is created, each team can be private or public.\u00a0<\/p>\n
