{"id":1150,"date":"2022-07-05T09:53:18","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T07:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=1150"},"modified":"2022-08-02T15:50:56","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T13:50:56","slug":"linking-facebook-pages","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/index.php\/help-center\/linking-facebook-pages\/","title":{"rendered":"Linking Facebook pages"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The <i class=\"mdi mdi-facebook mdi-default\" style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;<\/i> page link feature will allow you to manage ongoing <i class=\"mdi mdi-facebook-messenger mdi-default\" style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;<\/i> discussions directly with INO.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Your Facebook page(s) with your logins\/passwords<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Configuring<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The integration of Facebook pages is set up in the Maker, in the &#8220;Entry points&#8221; module.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1458 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2022-07-25-a\u0300-16.32.08.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"470\"><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a page<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;Login&#8221; button opens a Facebook login page, from which you can link the page(s) to INO. Multiple Facebook pages can be added simultaneously (<strong>if associated with the same account<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Page activation<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The Facebook page cannot be activated until it is associated with a Smart routing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1155 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-05_09-27-38-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can link several Facebook pages to a Smart routing.<\/p>\n<p>When you link a page to INO, you are asked to set a session duration, after which the conversation will be considered closed if no participants contribute to it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1526\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2022-08-02-a\u0300-15.45.27.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"154\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The maximum duration (72 hours) is set by Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smart routings<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Both types of smart routing (normal and end of interaction) can be connected to the Facebook page. Here are some examples of their use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First case:<\/strong> classic distribution of an agent in the action of a Smart routing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Second case<\/strong> : the agent completes the interaction and launches a survey or a satisfaction questionnaire which is on the Facebook page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You can manage multiple pages from a single account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Preview<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Once added, the page will be displayed like this in the Maker.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1459 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Capture-de\u0301cran-2022-07-25-a\u0300-16.34.06.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2454\" height=\"644\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It can be activated and deactivated <strong>at any moment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Use case<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Issue: I want to create a smart routing that sends client(s) to a Facebook page for messaging.<\/p>\n<p>Step-by-step process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Routing&#8221;, then &#8220;Queues&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Create a queue corresponding to the need (with the right permissions for messaging).<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Users&#8221;, then &#8220;Profile&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Associate your queue with the appropriate profile (or create a new one). Check that end users have access to this profile.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Routing&#8221;, then &#8220;Messaging&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Create the smart routing with a distribution to the messaging queue.<\/li>\n<li>Put it into production and make a copy. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1460\" src=\"https:\/\/help.ino.cx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-25_16-35-15-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"310\"><\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Entry Points&#8221; then &#8220;Facebook Pages&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the page(s).<\/li>\n<li>Associate your Smart routing with the page.<\/li>\n<li>Activate the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Congratulations \ud83c\udf89!<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Is there a limit to the number of pages I can add?\n<ul>\n<li>Technically, it is not possible to add more than 50 elements in this sub-module.
