Voice mailboxes: Smart routing action

Overview

The “Distribution to a voice mailbox” action is only present for voice Smart routings, and asks to choose between the voice mailbox and the reference.

For more information, please refer to the article on creating and setting up voice mailboxes.

Using the action

The action can be inserted at any point in the Smart routing.

As with any Smart Routing action, you can choose whether or not to record its passage in order to obtain additional data.
