Overview
Once created and configured, target layouts can be used for both voice and SMS campaigns to collect and use the data you need.
In this article, we will see how to add them in the Maker.
Prerequisites
- None.
Configuring
Target layouts are created in the Maker, in the Campaigns module. All you have to do is choose a name and a reference, which you can change later. However, please note that the reference must be unique.
Once it’s done, you can open your layout and add fields.
Once you have entered a name and an API name, you can assign a field type, to be chosen from the list.

Here are the specifics of the 5 field types:
- Long text: first name + last name, postal address, etc.
- URL: an URL which will be opened in a new tab.
- Image: it will be displayed in the Banner.
- Phone number: self explanatory.
- Email address: self explanatory.
With the “Default value” field, you can use the functionality of the magic field.
You can then move and organize your fields as you wish.

Tips
- Every target layout can be duplicated.
