Overview
The “My colleagues” module in the Banner is designed to enhance collaboration and internal work. This article explains how to configure and use this module based on user roles and permissions.

Prerequisites
-
User configuration in the Maker
Before using the module, the user must be correctly set up in the Maker. For detailed instructions, refer to our article: Users – Set them up. -
Access rights in the active profile
To see the “My colleagues” module in the Banner, the “Access the ‘My colleagues’ module” setting in the Maker must be set to Yes in the active profile.
Features by user type
1. Collaborator type
Once in the module in the Banner, you can:
- Access to the colleagues list
The user can view only colleagues who belong to the same team.
- See colleague details
Clicking on a colleague grants access to the settings tab, where users can view the colleague’s information, and send a message, email, or call the colleague (if the relevant data is provided).
Note: The user’s active profile determine the actions available: for instance, if the user does not have access (in the Maker) to the email flow, he can only view the colleague’s information without sending an email.
Please note that you can consult multiple users’ pages at once: each of them will be available in the left panel until you manually close them, or log out.
- Access to the Maker
Clicking the cogwheel icon opens the colleague’s profile in the Maker:
➡️ If the user’s role allows: view the colleague’s data.
➡️ With additional rights in the role: modify the colleague’s information.

2. Manager type
In addition to the features available for collaborators, managers have extended rights:

- Access to all colleagues in their supervised teams
The settings tab displays colleagues’ information, just like for collaborators.
- Access to additional tabs:
- interactions: view the colleague’s interactions history within a 3 months limit. Each interaction can be opened in a new tab. From here, you can link an interaction to a case, an INO CRM or an invoice. You can also check if a qualification has been done, consult the recording, survey answers and scripts answers. You can open until 10 interactions at a time.
- recordings: access call recordings (automatic or manual) within a 3 months limit. Each recording can be listened to, or downloaded.
- evaluations: review performance evaluations.
- qualifications: check the qualifications questionnaires. Note they can not be modified once the post-interaction is over.
- sessions: view connections data. (the date and duration of the session, and your associated activity (or log in/out).
