Overview

The Reporter exports module displays a list of your previous exports from data sources or explorations.

To find all the exports (including those made on the Maker), you need to go to the Maker or Banner, click on your user name, click on ‘My account’, ‘Settings’ tab, ‘my exports’ sub-tab.

Generate an export

1) From a data source

To generate an export from a data source, enter the desired data source, select the desired range of data then click on the cogwheel button, then on Export the data.

Note: there must be data in your data source for the selected date range.

2) From an exploration

To generate an export from an exploration, enter the desired exploration, select the desired range of data then click on the cogwheel button, then on Export the data.

Note: there must be data in your exploration for the selected date range.

Manage, download or delete an export

On the dedicated Reporter module, you can access the list of all your Reporter exports.

You will find several columns:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Number of rows
  • Status

You will also have 2 buttons, allowing you to download the export in CSV format or delete the export from the list.

There’s also a search bar so you can look for an export in the list.

You can sort the list by clicking on each column header.
