Overview
To help users make the most of the Reporter, each data source for the invoices is explained here, along with its columns.

- Invoices: data about every invoice created in the Banner.
Definitions of data-related terms (processing, post-interaction, etc.) can be found in the dedicated article.
Invoices
Here are the details for each column.
- Invoice ID: the invoice’s unique ID.
- Invoice name: the invoice’s name.
- Interaction ID: the invoice’s interaction ID.
- Creation date: the time and date of the invoice’s creation.
- Payment date: date and time the payment was done.
- Amount: amount of the invoice.
- Status: prepared, pending, created, payed, canceled, error.
- Origin: three possibilities.
- web: when the customer pays via a link on the web payment form.
- user: when the agent makes the payment with the customer by telephone.
- bot: the customer pays using Smart Routing or when they are on the phone with the agent and the agent sends them to the machine to enter their card without the agent hearing them.
- Payment terms: instant or scheduled.
- Creator: the agent who created the invoice.
- User: the agent who processed the payment.
- Payment module: the payment module linked to the invoice.
- Email: the customer’s email.
- Phone number: the customer’s phone number.
- Number of payments: if phased.
- Payment stage ID: the stage’s (created, processed, canceled, etc.) unique ID.
- Payment type: instant, scheduled, installments.
- Transaction ID: if there was a payment, this is the transaction’s unique identifier.
- Invoice ID: the invoice’s unique ID.
- Creation date: by the agent.
- Payment date: date and time of the payment.
- Transaction status: waiting, prepared, processed, partially paid, success, error, fraud, canceled, failed, merged, waiting confirmation.
- Currency: EUR for France, per example.
- Stage ID: the invoice’s stage (created, prepared, etc.) unique identifier.
