Overview
The tab dedicated to voice campaigns in the Banner is one of the three places where it is possible to view the data of your campaigns, along with the mini-screen and the Supervision.
Here you can manage your voice campaigns: activate or deactivate them, launch a new session, subscribe or unsubscribe to them. This is also where you can manage your campaign targets (depending on your active profile rights).

Tabs access
Like all the other modules of the Banner, access to the campaigns tab is conditioned by the rights set up in your profile.

Campaign management
The “My campaigns” tab allows you to perform the following actions:
- activate a campaign (resume session or start a new one).
- deactivate a campaign.
- subscribe to a campaign.
- unsubscribe from a campaign.

For SMS campaigns, all the management is done in the Maker, since the messages are sent instantly.
Your targets will be displayed in the eponymous tab.
Pending Targets
Targets can be managed via the “Pending targets” tab, with up to 4 available buttons:

- Modify the target: edit every field (phone number, start date, priority, insert of duplicate, layout).
- Remove the target: if you remove a target, you’ll need to manually reschedule it from the Maker.
- Display target informations: opens a pop-up with your target’s data.
- Call your target: this button initiates a campaign call.
Mini screen
The mini screen tab displays the campaigns added to your active profile, and allows you to see the number of pending targets as well as the activated/deactivated status.
This tab is for information only.

Supervision
The Supervision campaigns tab contains information on campaigns (activation date, number of targets waiting/ringing/being processed/processed) and allows you to activate/deactivate them.

This tab is only accessible if the “Supervision” parameter is activated for at least one voice campaign.
