What is the small Banner?
The small Banner displays a summary view of your interactions, queues and ongoing voice campaigns, as well as access to collaborative tools and your daily statistics. It has two modes: integrated to the Banner or in pop-up mode for more flexibility.
Keep in mind that what you see of the small Banner depends entirely on your current profile settings (in the Maker). If you have full rights, you can see five tabs, the digital pad and its associated buttons.
Today we will explain and review all the features offered by the small Banner.
Digital Pad
With the digital pad, you can:
- make phone calls: direct (to a coworker for example), or Smart (using a queue).
- send an SMS (direct or Smart).
With a Smart SMS, you can select an SMS template and use its variables (if it has any).
Interactions
The interactions are always displayed in the left tabs of the small Banner (queues, conversations, and voice messages). You can manage them here, with all the necessary features depending on their type:
- record the call.
- merge calls.
- use a CRM sheet, pre-existing or new.
- assign the interaction to a case or create a new one.
- send a payment link.
- etc.
My queues
Here, you will be able to see every queue associated to your profile, and your (voice only) campaigns. You can use the “hand” button to automatically handle the next interaction. You can also use the search function to sort your queues.
Conversations
Here, you will be able to see your conversations and group discussions, with which you can chat and launch video conferences.
You can also save certain messages for easy retrieval, like a favorite in your browser.
My voicemails
Here, you will be able to listen to your personal voice mailbox’s messages, and download them. Your personal voice mailbox can be activated, deactivated and set up from the “Telephony” tab of “my account”.
My statistics today
This tab is reset daily, and displays the connection and interaction statistics along with a graphic representing your different activities: available, busy, absent, etc. The colors will change according to your daily activities. Full article here.
My interactions
This tab displays a summary of the user’s interactions.
Directory
Here, you will find the directories you created in the Maker. It is possible to make a call or send an SMS directly from a contact.
Settings
To change the display mode and the position of the small Banner, you must go to your user interface (Banner or Maker).
These parameters can be changed at any time.
